Corporate Services

Optimum Therapy has provided consultation support to several organizations to facilitate return to work programs for employees at various levels with the organizations. We have worked with the Human Resource Division, Return to Work Coordinators and Disability Advisors within companies to provide support to the employer on strategies to accommodate employees.

Corporate services have also been provided to other Rehabilitation Providers and Companies to assist with internal practice development and enhancement practices. These consultations include a comprehensive review of occupational therapy practices, strategies to enhance quality of service delivery/outcomes and client portfolio development.

Consultation services have also been provided to organizations with regards to content development for presentations on healthcare related topics, disability management services and client advocacy organizations.
