Nazneen (Naz) Chow<\/h2>\n

Nazneen (Naz) Chow <\/b>is the owner\/director of Optimum Therapy Rehabilitation Services Inc. Our rehabilitation company has been based out of Richmond, BC since 1997.  Naz provides community based occupational therapy and case management services to clients with neurological conditions, orthopaedic injuries, musculoskeletal injuries and mental health conditions.  <\/p>\n

Her work includes supervising Rehabilitation Assistants and Occupational Therapists in their implementation of community-based rehabilitation programs.  Naz has also provided consulting services to organizations to facilitate success of employee re-integration to the workplace following a period of absence. This work has involved liaison with Human Resource and Occupational Health Divisions to ensure longevity and durability of  return to work programs. <\/p>\n

A part of her practice also involves preparing life care plans (cost of future care evaluations) for clients with various disabilities.  She has experience working with various insurance agencies, publicly funded agencies and lawyers in case managing and treating clients with various conditions.  Naz has also held various roles with  the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia, and is currently the Chair of the Inquiry Committee.<\/p>\n

Sholeh Salehi <\/b>provides community based occupational therapy and case management services to clients with orthopaedic injuries, musculoskeletal injuries, neurological conditions, and mental health conditions.\u00a0 Her work includes one to one treatment as well as supervision of Rehabilitation Assistants in implementation of community-based rehabilitation programs to maximize the individual’s function and improve quality of life.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Sholeh has also provided consulting services in a variety of return to work programs.\u00a0 This work has involved liaison with employers to ensure a successful return to work. A part of her practice also involves preparing life care plans (cost of future care evaluations) for clients with various disabilities.\u00a0 Sholeh has experience working with various insurance agencies, lawyers, publicly funded agencies, and private pay clients providing case management and treatment of clients with various conditions. Sholeh is also fluent in Farsi.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Caroline Cotton\u00a0<\/strong>is a registered Occupational Therapist and provides community-based occupational therapy services for clients with brain injury, spinal cord injury, soft tissue injury, orthopaedic injury and mental health conditions.\u00a0<\/p>\n

She has worked with various insurers, lawyers, public funders and private contracts providing treatment and case management services.\u00a0<\/p>\n
